What are the Useful Products from Air?

If we look at the composition of the air we can see that air
is mostly made from the gases nitrogen and oxygen.
There is a small amount of argon and other noble gases.

What are the Uses of Nitrogen?

Nitrogen is used
in the Haber Process to make ammonia for fertilisers.
Nitrogen is also used in gas chromatography.

What are the Uses of Oxygen?

Oxygen is used in breathing equipment,
in the manufacture of iron and in rocket fuel.
